All Geared Up

Once again, I am thrilled to participate in this worldwide blog hop!

This is a great masculine card (or for anyone who likes to tinker with machines)!

·         Die cut the large grouping of gears and the small grouping of gears from the Garage Gears Thinlits using Silver Foil Sheets. Using the oil stain stamp from Geared Up Garage, stamp Versamark on some areas of the gears. Cover with Black Emboss Powder and melt using the Heat Tool. Repeat the stamping with Versamark and Copper Emboss Powder. Leave some of the Silver Foil showing through.
·         Cut a gray piece 4" x 2" from the Classic Garage Designer Series Paper. Cut a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock and emboss it with the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder in the Big Shot. Adhere the gray piece about an inch up from the bottom of the Crumb Cake piece.
·         Wrap a 5" piece of Black/Silver Striped Metallic Ribbon around the center of the gray piece on the Crumb Cake piece and adhere on the back. Adhere the Crumb Cake piece to a Basic Black card base, 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4". Glue the gear diecuts to the card as shown. Stamp the sentiment in Versamark on a small piece of Basic Black Cardstock and heat emboss with White Emboss Powder. Cut a banner on one end and mount to card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
